Prepare a 12 min group “mini-lesson” to include the following in your presentation:
•1. How to identify each from an equation and sketch of graph. •2. Explain their importance. Do this by addressing the following. A. Are they related to any other key characteristics and if so how? B. Are they important when transforming? If so/not- how/why? •2. Research and provide a real life example of “frequency” as it relates to trig functions. Explain. •3. MORRIS ON THE 16TH PER MY INSTRUCTIONS YOU WERE TO COMPLETE THE HANDOUT IN CLASS OR AT HOME. THE KEY IS BELOW FOR YOUR TO REVIEW AND STUDY!! IF YOU DO NOT HAVE THIS , I RECOMMEND COPYING EVERYTHING ON IT AND STUDY. THIS INFORMATION HAS BEEN AFFORDED TO YOU FOR YOUR REVIEW. ON THE PRESENtATION REFLECTIONS: ONCE WE OBSERVE THAT ALL 3 OF OUR SPECIAL TRIANGLES ARE HOUSED IN OUR UNIT CIRCLE, ALL OTHER ANGLES IN THE UNIT CIRCLE EXTEND FROM THOSE 3 IN QUADRANT 1. THE IDEA HERE IS TO USE WHAT WE KNOW ABOUT OUR 3 SPECIAL CASE TRIANGLES AND GENERATIVE THE RESPECTIVE COORDINATES. I HAVE MODELED HOW TO DO THAT FOR EACH ONE. AT THIS POINT, I EXPECT YOU TO BE CONSTRUCT YOUR OWN TRIANGLES (CLEAN PAPER) AND REDO WHAT I HAVE DEMONSTRATED. "HELP EACH OTHER IF NECESSARY".
